Who I Am

I'm Jen. I spent 20 years as a Dungeon Master and most of my life as a people pleaser. I didn't find my way out through affirmations or boundary-setting frameworks, I found it through roles.

And then I built a method around it.

This masterclass is me showing you exactly how that works. No fluff, no framework, just the real thing.

FAQs

• Is this really free? Yes. No tripwire, no surprise upsell mid-session, no 'free but actually you need to buy X to get anything out of it'. It's free because I want you to see what this work actually looks like before you decide if it's for you.

• Do I need any prior knowledge? Nope. You don't need to know anything about Character Work. You just need to show up and be willing to look at yourself for two hours. That's it.

• Do I have to participate actively or can I just watch? You can absolutely just watch. Nobody's going to pull you on stage. The live example is mine to work through. You're here to see the method in action, not to perform. If something moves you and you want to share, the chat is there. But it's never required.

• Why only 20 spots? Because I want to actually be present with the people in the room. This isn't a webinar where I talk at 300 people. 20 means I can see you, feel the room, and make it real.
