I help people step out of survival roles (the Good Girl, the Caretaker, the Perfectionist) and into their authentic, powerful selves using what I call "Theater of Soulwork."

My approach combines 20+ years as a tabletop RPG Game Master with degrees in philosophy and literature, plus certifications in stress management and corporate health.

Since my late 20s, I've been using roleplaying game techniques to break free from people pleasing – recognizing patterns, honoring old roles, and consciously rewriting new ones. When I burned out in 2023 after years of overperforming in publishing (product management & editing), I knew it was time to fully commit to the transformation work I'd been practicing for over a decade.

Today, I guide others through the same story-based transformation that freed me, using archetypes, shadow work, and playful roleplay exercises. My space is queer-friendly and inclusive.

Some are spiritually inclined, others aren't – my work meets them where they are. My offerings are queer-friendly and open to all who want to feel seen. My community values depth, authenticity, and real transformation over superficial quick fixes.
