Discover how my unique blend of tabletop RPG mastery and professional coaching creates transformative experiences.
What do pen & paper roleplaying games and deeply transformative coaching processes have in common? At first glance, maybe not much. But those who know me and my work understand: My coaching approach is directly born from my years of experience as a Game Master – and that's exactly what makes it so uniquely powerful.
In this post, I'll show you why my Game Master skills elevate your coaching experience to a completely new level – and what you gain from it concretely.
1. Mastering Group Dynamics Like in the Game – with Clarity, Heart, and Structure
As a Game Master, I guide groups of 3–6 people through complex stories. I ensure that everyone has a voice, no one gets overlooked, conflicts are resolved, and focus is maintained – even when things get chaotic.
This ability to safely lead groups is a central component of my coaching. Whether in 1:1 sessions or group settings: You will feel seen – and safe.
2. Creating Emotional Safety – the 'Safe Space' Where Magic Happens
A good roleplaying game only works when everyone feels emotionally secure. When you know you won't be judged, you can open up, try new sides of yourself – and grow beyond your limits.
This is exactly the foundation of my coaching spaces: You're allowed to be vulnerable, experiment, be different – while being supported and held throughout the process.
3. Accompanying Transformation – from Silent Observer to Courageous Hero
I've witnessed it countless times: Shy, insecure people sit quietly at the table initially – and develop over weeks into confident, present personalities. I observe and sensitively support this development.
The same applies in coaching: True change takes time, trust – and someone who sees what's possible within you. I am that person for you.
4. New Perspectives Through Roles – "What Would Your Character Do?"
One of the most powerful questions I ask:
👉 "What would your character do right now?"
Why is this so transforming? Because it allows you to step out of your habitual thought patterns. You try on different identities, take on new roles – and recognize that you are more than your daily life lets you believe.
This method works like a creative coaching tool – and it's profound, playful, and incredibly powerful.

5. Narrative as Medicine – Rewriting Your Story
As a Game Master, I create stories. As a coach, I help you recognize, understand – and rewrite your own story. This is narrative therapy in its purest form: You become the author of your life story.
Whether you're caught in old patterns, want to start a new chapter, or wish to connect with your inner hero – I accompany you on this path.
6. Improvisation as Life Competency – Staying Flexible in Change
Roleplaying is never predictable – and neither is coaching. I react flexibly to what emerges in you and in the group. Together we navigate through uncertainty, unpredictable turns, and emotional depths – always with trust, presence, and a touch of magic.
7. Empowerment Through Lived Experience – Not Just Talking, But Experiencing
What's special about my approach: You experience transformation not just in your mind, but in your body and emotions. You step into roles where you lead, heal, fight, or protect – and exactly this changes you sustainably.
Many of my clients say after a coaching cycle: "I had no idea I was so brave."
This isn't coincidence – this is the power of experience.
Conclusion (not just for coaching): Roleplaying Isn't Just Play, It's Lived Transformation
I'm not a conventional coach. I combine years of experience as a Game Master with proven coaching methods – creating spaces where you can grow, heal, and rediscover yourself.
If you're seeking coaching that's playful, profound, creative, and transformative – then you're exactly right with me.
