You want to know how it actually feels to do things differently. 🌙 How It Works 🌙 1) Book your package and schedule your first session. 2) We meet on Zoom. You talk, I listen, we work. 3) Between sessions, you practice in your everyday life. 4) Over time, the new pattern stops feeling like effort, and starts feeling like you. 🔮 FAQ 🔮 🔹 Do I need to have done coaching before? No. You just need to know that something isn't working. 🔹 Is this therapy? No. This is practical work. If you're in an acute crisis, please seek professional support first. 🔹 How long is one session? 60 minutes. 🔹 What happens in a session? We meet on Zoom. You bring what's on your mind. We work with it. 🔹 What if I miss a session? Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance count as used. 🔹 Can I pay in instalments? Yes, for all packages. Each instalment covers at least one session and is due before that session. Just ask during your intro session. 🔹 What language are sessions in? English. (German available for "Identitätswerkstatt" clients.) Available as ⭐ Starter Set (3 sessions, €450) 🌟 Deep Dive (6 sessions, €810), or 💫 Full Immersion (12 sessions, €1,530).
